enviolo, a bicycle parts manufacturer, wanted to create a better ordering experience for bike shops and mechanics while reducing the manual work caused by connecting its Shopify B2B storefront with NetSuite. Before Celigo, orders and customer profiles had to be entered twice by hand, creating delays, errors, and an order process that wasn’t scalable.

Celigo implemented its Shopify-NetSuite integration app to sync orders automatically and streamline the order-to-cash process. As a result, enviolo gained real-time visibility into inventory, order, and payment status, became quicker and more accurate, reduced open invoices, and freed up staff for more meaningful work—helping the company scale more efficiently.
