GTSE sets the stage for scale with Celigo

GTSE, a Manchester-based UK supplier of cable ties, tapes, and hardware consumables, was growing quickly across ecommerce channels but struggled with manual processes, spreadsheet-heavy operations, limited inventory visibility, and weak financial reporting. As GTSE implemented NetSuite, the team brought in Celigo to help manage its expanding ecommerce and fulfillment integrations.

Celigo implemented pre-built integrations for Amazon, eBay, BigCommerce, and 3PL systems, helping GTSE automate data flows and reduce reliance on Excel and manual entry. The result was better reporting, daily use of NetSuite across most of the team, and more time for strategic work; within nine months, GTSE was planning additional website and warehouse integrations and had entered acquisition talks, marking a major step toward scale with Celigo.
