CallOne, Inc., a provider of business communications and collaboration technologies, was struggling to manage high volumes of complex orders and thousands of product updates manually across systems like SAP Ariba and NetSuite. The workload required overtime, extra headcount, and weeks of effort to keep product feeds and order data current.

Using Celigo, CallOne integrated NetSuite with Ariba, ServiceNow, Etilize, and ScanSource to automate workflows, order fulfillment, pricing, and product catalog updates. Celigo helped reduce staffing needs from 16 account executives to 7 for one major account, and enabled about 70 customer sites to be managed by just three ecommerce team members, significantly cutting manual work and speeding up corrections.
