Case Study: Big Agnes achieves fast, cost-effective NetSuite-to-3PL order sync with Celigo Integrator

A Celigo Case Study

Preview of the Big Agnes Case Study

Big Agnes getting it to work with Celigo was really easy

Big Agnes, an outdoor-gear maker based in Steamboat Springs, CO, experienced rapid growth that outpaced its QuickBooks setup and led to a move to NetSuite in 2012. When the company expanded into jackets and moved fulfillment to Tigers Global Logistics in 2014, it needed a reliable way to sync NetSuite orders and fulfillment with the 3PL; traditional EDI options were restrictive and costly.

Big Agnes used Celigo’s free Integrator to exchange CSV files via FTP with Tigers Global, a setup that Director of Operations Chris Tamucci configured himself without scripting. The Integrator imported fulfillment data back into NetSuite, delivering a fast, low-cost sync that met their needs within a week, and Big Agnes plans to upgrade to the premium version for scheduled automation and further reductions in manual work.
