A “Custom” Web Store for The Grove Consultants International

The Grove Consultants International, a San Francisco–based consultancy and publisher, needed a more polished, flexible ecommerce presence than NetSuite’s out‑of‑the‑box web store could provide. Their existing store didn’t support desired customer interactions, new revenue streams (like digital downloads), or the high‑quality image and growth requirements the business demanded, so they sought a NetSuite‑experienced partner to design and deliver a custom solution.

Celigo built a customized NetSuite web store using suitelets, SuiteScripts, custom records, and custom pages to bypass standard templates and present grouped products, dynamic category filtering, and an item detail page that lets customers select variations and add multiple items without leaving the page. The result was a sophisticated, streamlined shopping experience that improved findability and customer satisfaction, enabled a new digital download revenue stream, and positioned The Grove to grow and add further revenue opportunities.
