Vodafone Smart Tech, a division of the global communications provider Vodafone, sought to build a scalable global eShop for its consumer IoT devices. The challenge was to consolidate its technology into a single, agile platform to efficiently manage the purchasing process and expand into new markets. Celfocus implemented a solution using Magento as the eCommerce back-end engine and Adobe Experience Manager for the front-end. This provided Vodafone's team with greatly improved control and automation, leading to an 80% reduction in go-to-market time, a 50% reduction in operational costs, and a 90% improvement in product creation time.
