Celfocus implemented its Digital Overlay architecture, with the CELFOCUS Omnichannel Core product at its heart, to create a virtualized layer separating customer-facing processes from back-end systems. This solution provided the business teams with the flexibility for rapid change while ensuring system stability. The results were highly successful, leading to the decommissioning of over 25 systems, a 75% increase in system availability, and an 80% reduction in go-to-market times for new offerings.
