Working with Celfocus, Vodafone Group sought to replace its fragmented portfolio of My Vodafone Apps, which were developed in isolation by each local market and operated differently from one another. The challenge was to create a single application that could accelerate time-to-market and provide maximum value while still allowing for commercial flexibility across its various operating countries.

Celfocus developed OneApp, a single, multi-tenant mobile application with a new integration layer (ITaaP) for common business logic. This solution provided a unified development roadmap and a harmonized way to communicate with local systems. The results included a significantly faster time-to-market for new features, a 100-200% increase in delivery capacity, and major cost reductions from eliminating duplicated tooling infrastructure.
