Vodafone Ireland, a leading mobile communications operator, faced the challenge of expanding its service offering to become a quad-play provider, which required integrating fixed-line, broadband, and television services with its existing mobile operations. To support this strategic shift, Vodafone partnered with Celfocus as its system integrator to deliver a comprehensive Operations Support Systems (OSS) solution.

Celfocus implemented a complete OSS stack that included network inventory, provisioning, analytics, and NOC tooling, enabling the launch of Vodafone Ireland's quad-play service. The solution facilitated a fast launch of new offers, simplified operations, and reduced OPEX. Working in partnership, Celfocus delivered this mission-critical project on time and on budget, allowing Vodafone to successfully compete with a state-of-the-art quad-play offering.
