Case Study: Vodafone Turkey transforms into a customer-centric operator with Celfocus

A Celfocus Case Study

Preview of the Vodafone Case Study

Vodafone - Customer Case Study

Vodafone Turkey, a major mobile operator, needed to transform its outdated, billing-centric IT architecture to become a customer-centric organization and support future growth in a highly competitive market. The legacy systems were complex, costly to maintain, and hindered business efficiency. To address this challenge, Vodafone Turkey partnered with vendor Celfocus for a comprehensive assessment and subsequent transformation of its Consumer Business Unit (CBU) operations.

Celfocus designed and implemented a new convergent IT architecture based on a "virtualization" model and key principles like data ownership and system decoupling. A dedicated order management system was a critical technological component for orchestrating commercial orders. The solution successfully migrated over 11 million subscribers. The results included a 360-degree customer view, significantly reduced time-to-market for new services, and increased operational efficiency, repositioning Vodafone Turkey as a modern, customer-centric operator.
