Celfocus delivered the Multi-OpCo Scripting Tool (MOST), a vendor-agnostic platform that automates the generation, deployment, and validation of network configuration scripts. The solution drastically reduced configuration time from hours to under three minutes, a 40-fold improvement, while also minimizing errors and enhancing network reliability. This automation from Celfocus has accelerated Vodafone's time-to-market for new services and is a cornerstone of its strategic move towards zero-touch network operations.
