SIRO - Customer Case Study

SIRO, a joint venture between ESB and Vodafone, was established to build a 100% fibre-to-the-home (FTTH) network across Ireland to overcome the country's high-speed connectivity limitations. Their challenge was to become a competitive wholesale provider by rapidly building an entirely new IT stack and defining all associated business processes to meet aggressive targets. Celfocus was selected as the technology partner to help create this network and ensure operational readiness.

Celfocus implemented a comprehensive OSS and BSS solution, which included network inventory, service provisioning, and fault management systems. A key part of the solution was the implementation of a cloud-based Azure analytics and Power BI platform for business intelligence. This partnership automated critical operations, integrated systems with retailers, and provided real-time data access. The results included improved process efficiency, more agile operations, and the ability for SIRO to quickly adapt to market changes and better understand customer needs.
