Celfocus built, launched, and continues to support the cloud-based One Net solution for Vodafone. This platform seamlessly integrates landlines, mobiles, and communication apps into a single service, providing advanced PBX features, fixed-mobile convergence, and add-ons like a call center. The solution offers speed and flexibility, with feature deployment within a day and easy integration into the operator's IT systems. As a result, One Net now supports over 300,000 subscribers, strengthening customer relationships and reducing churn for Vodafone.
