Case Study: Skillnet enhances LMS data visualization with Celestial Systems

Skillnet improves employee performance by 80% with Celestial Systems

Celestial Systems partnered with Skillnet, a provider of a platform for measuring employee skills and powering upskilling programs. The client faced a challenge when a large customer requested an expansion of their data visualization capabilities to build a real-time graphical view of employee skill set data and a benchmarking tool.

To address this, Celestial Systems developed a solution using their in-house Lattice ReactJS framework. The platform integrated with FusionCharts for data visualization and featured advanced filters for assessments, users, and skills. The results for Skillnet's clients included an 80% enhancement in employee performance, an 80% increase in the efficiency of upskilling programs, and a 70% improvement in data analysis.
