Evereve Harnesses Customer Data To Launch Successful Curated Box Service

Evereve is a women’s boutique known for in-store stylists who create highly personalized looks for busy moms. The company faced the challenge of translating that high-touch, curated experience to digital channels while predicting what merchandise would appeal to each customer, tracking preferences, purchases and returns, and fulfilling orders from the best possible location.

Evereve implemented Celerant Command Retail — a single, real-time platform combining POS, CRM, e‑commerce, inventory/warehouse management and fulfillment — and launched Trendsend, a curated box service driven by stylist insights and customer profiles. The solution replicated the in-store personalization online, enabled omnichannel fulfillment and real‑time inventory management, drove repeat customers, expanded online order fulfillment capacity and supported Evereve’s national growth.
