Celential.ai used its Virtual Recruiter platform and talent graph to generate personalized outreach and contact candidates on behalf of Monograph’s CTO, delivering the first interview-ready candidate within two business days, growing the appropriate candidate pool from 1 to 11 in one week (11x), and enabling two engineering hires within six weeks; about 75% of candidates were accepted into Monograph’s pipeline and roughly 250 qualified engineers received deeply personalized messages each week.
