By balancing shipping cost, store capacity, split shipments, and inventory priorities, Celect helped ALDO improve inventory turns, reduce cancellations, and protect in-store sales. The results included up to 12% higher in-store conversion opportunity, 350,000+ units processed in real time over Black Friday weekend, and a 6:1 ROI with 7-figure recovered margin dollars per year.
