Celebrus, along with OnMarc’s clustering service and HiGem, analyzed past customer web sessions to pinpoint specific behaviors associated with a higher risk of churn. As a result, Celebrus helped the company identify that customers visiting the cancellation page before applying or activating their account after 40 days were far more likely to leave. These insights enabled the implementation of proactive retention strategies like targeted outreach, significantly reducing the risk of customer attrition.
