To address these issues they engaged Celebros to deploy Qwiser™ Salesperson (implementation completed October 16, 2003; 10-day rollout).

Celebros implemented Qwiser™ Salesperson to replicate a live salesperson — offering dynamic category suggestions, guided refinements (age, price, etc.), handling no-exact-match queries by presenting relevant alternatives, and surfacing top sellers.
