Godfreys, the world's largest vacuum cleaner retailer with almost 200 stores across Australia and New Zealand, operates godfreys.com.au on the Magento platform. Facing the challenge to dramatically increase revenues, transactions, average order value and conversion rate, Godfreys engaged Celebros and its Conversion package—semantic site search with Auto Complete, a merchandising engine with dynamic filters, and machine learning—to improve onsite search and navigation.

Celebros replaced the prior SOLR search and implemented its Magento semantic site search, Auto Complete and multi-select navigation/merchandising. The impact was immediate and measurable: for visits using site search (Q1/2014 vs Q1/2013) conversion rose 53%, transactions climbed 96%, revenues grew 69%, and number of visits increased 28%, demonstrating clear ROI and prompting Godfreys to expand Celebros across other sites.
