Ramco Switches From Existing Scheduling Software to Celayix

Ramco Protective Services Inc., an Orlando-area security firm that deploys about 110 employees across multiple sites, found its previous employee scheduling application costly and difficult to use. To cut costs and streamline administrative work, Ramco switched from a competitor to Celayix Software’s web-enabled scheduling solution, eTime Xpress.

Celayix Software implemented eTime Xpress (consultant-led rollout with training for six staff), giving Ramco a Visual Scheduler and reporting tools that halved the time to prepare weekly schedules, clearly highlight open shifts and overtime so employees can pick up shifts and managers can reduce unnecessary overtime, and deliver profitability reports that help improve staffing decisions and the bottom line.
