Celayix Software implemented automated schedule creation and an online portal for employees and volunteers to enter availability, enforce seniority and volunteer rules, and allow real-time updates. As a result, Portland’5 cut monthly scheduling time from nearly two weeks to one day, trained 150 staff and over 400 volunteers with a 99% success rate, improved schedule accuracy and faster access, and simplified handling of last‑minute event changes.
