Memphis Based Pro Sports Stadium, a busy 18,000‑seat venue hosting about 120 events a year and relying on roughly 550 part‑time staff, struggled with manual scheduling and time‑and‑attendance tracking that the Guest Relations team managed in Excel. These processes were slow, error‑prone and required 4–5 hours of post‑event data entry. To address this, the stadium engaged Celayix Software and adopted Celayix eTime Xpress.
Celayix Software implemented eTime Xpress with integrations to the venue’s hand scanner and ADP payroll, automated schedule publishing, availability rules and overtime alerts, and a phone line for employees to retrieve shifts. As a result, the team eliminated one full‑time scheduling position (saving more than $30,000 annually), cut post‑event attendance processing from 4–5 hours to about 15 minutes, improved scheduling fairness and accuracy, and reduced calls to live staff.
