Genesee District Library Simplifies Scheduling with Auto-fill

Genesee District Library, a 19-branch system in Genesee County, Michigan with more than 150 employees, was struggling to create weekly staff schedules manually using three Excel spreadsheets while juggling union rules, branch coverage, floating staff and individual preferences. The manual process was time-consuming, error-prone (risking double-bookings and uncovered branches) and couldn’t scale, so the library turned to Celayix Software for a better workforce management solution—implementing Celayix Web Xpress and eTime Xpress.
