Capgemini, a global consultancy, technology and outsourcing services provider, needed a better way to process customer invoices for one of its clients. Celaton’s inSTREAM solution automated invoice reading, categorization, validation, and verification using RPA, machine learning, and OCR, while continuously learning from processing assistants. The implementation delivered a 67% reduction in FTEs needed, improved accuracy by reducing human error, and led to a 20% decrease in help desk queries, boosting customer satisfaction and speeding up processing.
