Umano Medical, a fast-growing medical equipment company, needed to move beyond spreadsheets and an outdated applicant tracking system as it expanded rapidly and added about 100 employees a year. It also wanted a better way to manage training and employee development while meeting strict healthcare compliance requirements. To support this growth, Umano Medical chose Cegid Talentsoft.

Cegid implemented a cloud-based HR suite starting in September 2021, beginning with training and the employee data hub. The solution streamlined regulatory training tracking, reduced paper-based processes, and improved data management across sites. Umano Medical said the rollout was well supported by Cegid’s project manager and is expected to improve both HR operations and the employee experience, with the platform planned to scale to around 500 employees in multiple countries.
