Tape à l’œil arms its staff with mobile solutions for a new in-store customer experience

Tape à l’œil, a retail brand focused on creating a stronger omnichannel in-store experience, needed to help store staff deliver new services while managing sales, stock visibility, click & collect, and community engagement. To support this, it had already been using Cegid Retail since 2005 and looked to Cegid for a mobile solution that could modernize checkout without taking away valuable selling space.

Cegid implemented its mobile POS solution for Tape à l’œil, giving staff a tool to process payments, scan items, manage orders, access stock data, and trigger loyalty and promotional features from anywhere in the store. The result was a more flexible customer journey and a better in-store experience, while also enabling Tape à l’œil to measure service levels with NPS across stores and give teams more responsibility for local social and community relations.
