The Quiksilver Group, a global leader in outdoor apparel with $2.43 billion in annual sales and more than $1 billion in Europe, shifted from selling through multi-brand retailers to opening its own branches, concessions and franchises across Europe. To support rapid store expansion and improve communication with franchise partners, the company needed a high-performance retail management system capable of centralizing operations and reporting.
Quiksilver selected and rolled out Yourcegid Retail at its headquarters and across its European stores and franchises, integrating it with the wholesale management system and Cegid’s Web Access technology. The solution—now used in 150+ European stores—provides real-time automatic replenishment, unified CRM and loyalty functionality, daily performance reporting, improved stock rotation and higher productivity; retail now represents 25% of sales with plans for further growth.
