Pôle Emploi makes Cegid Talentsoft a key component of its digital transformation

Pôle emploi, the French public employment service, launched a major digital transformation to improve support for job seekers and employers. A key part of this effort was modernizing its HR and learning systems with Cegid Talentsoft, while also simplifying HR processes and helping employees and managers adapt to new ways of working.

Cegid implemented Cegid Talentsoft to digitize and decentralize HR, automate routine tasks, and give staff and managers easier access to HR data and development tools. The results were strong: jobseeker satisfaction rose by more than 10 points over four years to 73.2% in 2018, 81% of HR staff saw a tangible change in professional habits, and 97% of HR staff and 85% of managers said Cegid Talentsoft supports a shared HR function.
