Orchestra‑Prémaman is a fast‑growing children’s fashion and childcare group formed by the merger of Orchestra and Prémaman, operating across multi‑format stores, franchises and e‑commerce in 40 countries. Rapid international expansion, an enormous and constantly changing product range and shifting consumer habits created the challenge of unifying inventory, customer data and in‑store digital experiences while supporting loyalty and click‑and‑collect services at scale.

Partnering with Cegid and the Yourcegid Retail solution, Orchestra‑Prémaman implemented real‑time store management, centralized stock control and a data‑driven CRM supporting the Club Orchestra loyalty program and digital in‑store tools (iPod/item scanning, synchronized online birth lists, click & collect and tablet sales assistance). The rollout has supported 600+ stores, 70% of online sales with click & collect, 1.7 million loyalty members and smoother multi‑country operations, enabling faster expansion and more personalized customer service.
