Leica Camera AG, the premium international camera and sport-optics manufacturer with over 75 stores in 15 countries and 140 shop-in-shop boutiques, needed to modernize its digital infrastructure to deliver a consistent, immersive brand experience. The challenge was to integrate its global store network onto a single platform that provides a unified view of customers and inventory to drive more personalized in‑store engagement and operational consistency across markets.

Leica chose Cegid’s cloud-based Yourcegid Retail for its global capabilities, 24/7 support and experience with premium brands, beginning a pilot in Wetzlar and rolling out across owned stores over 18 months.
