Leica chose Cegid’s cloud-based Yourcegid Retail for its global capabilities, 24/7 support and experience with premium brands, beginning a pilot in Wetzlar and rolling out across owned stores over 18 months. The solution centralizes customer and stock data, adds mobile clienteling to empower staff with 360° customer insights, supports smaller stores with digital showcases, and is expected to improve service consistency, compliance across markets, customer loyalty and sales opportunities.
