After an earlier tender failed to find a suitable fit, the institution selected Cegid and its Talent Management solution to support online recruitment, staffing, and career tracking in a secure SaaS environment.
Cegid implemented an integrated, user-friendly platform that centralized data, automated candidate screening, and streamlined HR workflows from hiring through career management. The solution trained more than 300 users, reduced administrative work, improved productivity, and gave candidates a modern online experience; even after several years, the institution continues to benefit from new features and updates, helping it complete its digital shift.
