Jewellery Brand L’azurde’s Sparkling Success with Cegid

L’azurde Jewellery Group, a rapidly expanding luxury jeweller with more than 100 stores across the Middle East and Africa, needed to unify its retail infrastructure to support omnichannel growth and deliver more personalised service in-store and online. The company turned to Cegid and its Cegid Retail unified commerce platform to replace legacy software and support operations across multiple markets, languages, and tax requirements.

Cegid implemented a cloud-based, standardised retail solution with mobile POS, giving L’azurde a single view of inventory and enabling staff to serve customers on iPhones and iPads. The rollout helped speed up store operations, support click-and-collect and ship-from-store services, and improve digital integration; the next phase will connect e-commerce to Cegid Retail for endless aisle ordering, real-time inventory visibility, and better logistics.
