Carglass needed a way to make employees more responsible for their own development and to provide training that would be useful across many professions, including technical roles. After a successful pilot in one region of France, the company chose Cegid Talentsoft Learning from Cegid and rolled it out across all French offices.
Cegid implemented Cegid Talentsoft Learning with three types of training modules—technical, sales, and IT—organized into two student pathways: “core business” and “à la carte.” The program delivered strong uptake, with students successfully passing 80% of “core business” modules and 30% of “à la carte” modules, helping Carglass expand e-learning company-wide.
