To support this goal, the company worked with Cegid Talentsoft’s Performance & Competencies module.
Cegid implemented a collaborative HR management approach to help define the agile manager of tomorrow and give employees more ownership over their development. The result was greater transparency, equality, and engagement, a 92% completion rate for annual appraisal interviews, smoother onboarding of new talent, a lower turnover rate, and a more agile, collaborative organization.
