Case Study: DGAFP achieves greater civil service mobility with Cegid

How the civil service ministry implemented reliable HR tools of the highest standards to encourage inter-departmental mobility

DGAFP, the French General-Directorate for Administration and Civil Service, needed to modernize outdated HR tools to encourage inter-departmental and civil service mobility. To do this, the ministry worked with Cegid to support a career website and reliable HR services that would let public recruiters publish vacancies transparently and help civil servants and private-sector candidates find opportunities.

Cegid helped DGAFP launch and run the career website, replacing the old system with a more effective platform for vacancy publication and mobility searches. The solution received positive user feedback and delivered strong usage results, including 80,000 unique visitors per day, 1.7 million searches per day, and access for 5 million potential candidates.
