A Cegid Case Study
Furla, the Italian luxury accessories brand founded in 1927, faced the challenge of scaling its retail operations across diverse international markets while preserving local store, loyalty and tax requirements. As it expanded overseas (more than 340 European stores initially), Furla needed to centralize retail and merchandising processes and gain real-time visibility into sales, stock and customer data without losing regional flexibility.
Furla implemented Cegid’s Yourcegid Retail Y2, a cloud-based omnichannel platform that centralizes a single database for store management, CRM, merchandising and inventory while supporting localizations (language, taxes, payments). The rollout delivered real-time stock and sales visibility across stores, franchisees and outlets, reduced hardware and maintenance costs, enabled stronger clienteling and improved the in-store shopping experience to support further international growth.
