Fives puts talent reviews at the heart of its strategy

Fives, the industrial engineering group, had been running talent reviews for 15 years but needed a better way to unify and consolidate HR processes across its global footprint. Working with Cegid and its Cegid Talentsoft solution, Fives wanted to give managers more ownership, improve collaboration and transparency, secure review data, and centralize monitoring across its 80 companies.

Cegid implemented Cegid Talentsoft’s talent review solution to streamline access rights, standardize vocabulary, and make talent reviews easier for managers and HR teams to use. The results were strong: the solution was quickly adopted, user feedback was very positive, talent reviews became more consolidated, HR involvement increased, and Fives saw a 52% rise in talent review forms completed or approved within the first four months, along with 20% of employees completing their profiles at launch.
