Dassault Aviation, a family-owned aviation company with 8,000 employees and customers in more than 90 countries, wanted to rethink its relationship with candidates and improve the candidate experience. To support this, it worked with Cegid and deployed the Cegid Talentsoft Recruiting module to create a dedicated, intuitive, and user-friendly digital space for applicants, while also helping attract non-engineering talent and support diversity and equal opportunity.
Cegid implemented Cegid Talentsoft Recruiting as a secure SaaS solution that met Dassault Aviation’s strict defense-sector IT and data privacy requirements. The result was improved responsiveness and closer engagement with applicants, easier social media sourcing, simpler HR configuration for ongoing improvements, and targeted analytics with automated reports.
