MINISO, the Chinese lifestyle product retailer, is continuing its expansion across Europe and France while opening new stores and concessions, despite delays caused by Covid-19. To support this growth, MINISO turned to Cegid Retail unified commerce platform to replace disparate systems with a single retail solution for store sales, CRM, back-office management, stock, replenishment, inventory, and reporting.
Cegid implemented its SaaS-based Cegid Retail Y2 omnichannel solution, starting with core modules for sales, merchandise, order, inventory, and store management, then expanding into CRM, M-PoS, Inventory Tracking, and Business Intelligence. The result has been a faster, easier rollout that supports MINISO’s growing store network, with 50 additional stores planned over the next two to three years and improved operational flexibility to scale with product volume and expansion needs.
