Lolë, a Montreal‑born yoga and activewear brand known for turning athletic apparel into fashion, expanded from wholesale into ecommerce and more than 50 stores across North America and Europe. To support rapid retail growth and deliver a seamless omnichannel experience, the company needed a modern, flexible retail and POS platform that could handle mobile transactions, real‑time inventory, complex promotions, loyalty and integration with its ecommerce platform.

Lolë upgraded to Cegid’s Yourcegid Retail Y2 (SaaS on Microsoft Azure), deploying POS, mPOS, merchandising, replenishment, CRM, loyalty, pricing & promotions and BI. The mobile‑first solution gave sales associates full transactional capability on iOS devices, real‑time stock visibility, click & collect and robust loyalty tools (including an Ambassador Program), while the Pricing & Promotions module handled complex seasonal offers.
