VOO, a Belgian B-to-C telecom company, needed to train employees and external partners to support growth, improve knowledge of its products, strengthen sales and management skills, and raise training attendance while reducing travel and cancellation costs. To do this, VOO used Cegid Talentsoft as its digital learning hub to manage training for both employees and vendors.
Cegid implemented reporting and training-tracking tools that gave managers and directors better visibility into individual and team learning progress, while also helping standardize training processes and simplify operations. The results included enhanced employee performance, 1,850 new active learners in one month, 120 engaged team leaders tracking training paths, better manager-team communication, and more efficient reporting and content creation across teams.
