Asia Jewellers embarks on Store Expansion with Cegid

Asia Jewellers, the Bahrain-based retailer of more than 60 luxury brands including Cartier and Van Cleef & Arpels, needed a simpler, more user-friendly ERP with stronger reporting to manage its retail operations. After researching solutions used by other luxury retailers, the company selected Cegid Retail to support its stores and planned expansion.

Cegid implemented its retail platform across all Asia Jewellers boutiques and will also power point-of-sale and retail operations for five new stores. The solution improved inventory searching, personalized promotions, and business intelligence, giving leadership access to live dashboards and more actionable data. Asia Jewellers says Cegid now forms the backbone of its strategy and helps support successful campaigns, such as Valentine’s Day promotions.
