Case Study: Afpa improves learner experience and training personalization with Cegid Talentsoft

Afpa customises its training programmes to improve their learners’ experience

Afpa, France’s national agency for professional training, needed to better support 150,000 trainees by personalizing learning paths, guiding first-time visitors on afpa.fr, and helping learners find the right certified training or skills-validation route. To do this, Afpa worked with Cegid using Cegid Talentsoft LMS/LCMS.

Cegid implemented automatic customization of training and assessments, integrated with Afpa’s website for a seamless learner journey. The result was positive user feedback, nearly 20 times more training sessions focused on identifying job competencies than in 2015, improved support for remote users in overseas France and abroad, and a stronger digital brand image for Afpa.
