Toyota Motor Europe improves the process to manage quality concerns through developing a new PAN-E system

Toyota Motor Europe faced challenges with its quality management systems, which lacked integration and led to inefficiencies in handling concerns across its many European markets and stakeholders. To address this, the company partnered with vendor Cegeka to develop a new, centralized case management system using the OutSystems low-code platform.

Cegeka implemented the agile development of the Central Quality System (CQS), which provided a fully centralized platform for managing quality concerns. The solution improved visibility into issues, enhanced the digital user experience for dealership engineers, and significantly reduced the time needed to solve problems. The successful project was delivered on time and on budget, with a rollout to ten markets planned within a year.
