Cera, a large Belgian cooperative with over 400,000 members, needed to better understand its members' needs to support its new strategic plan. Their challenge was that valuable member data was scattered across various unstructured sources, preventing them from gaining insights. Cera engaged vendor Cegeka to address this.

Cegeka implemented a unified data platform and then enriched the data using AI and a large language model to structure it. They developed flexible Power BI dashboards to provide Cera with AI-infused analytics. This solution gave Cera crucial insights into member behavior, identified gaps between member interests and offerings, and enabled plans for personalized communication. The project also laid the groundwork for predicting member withdrawals.
