Sonepar France, a subsidiary of a global distributor of electrical products, faced a complex application landscape with data silos following numerous acquisitions. The company needed to integrate its various legacy systems into a new global omnichannel platform. Sonepar France engaged vendor Cegeka to help implement this using the Boomi Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS).

Cegeka designed and developed a central integration layer using Boomi, replacing point-to-point connections and legacy software. This solution successfully integrated Sonepar France’s systems into the omnichannel Spark platform on time. The results include a future-proof architecture, more customer insights, and a wider product range that has led to higher e-commerce sales. Cegeka's work decoupled the applications, making future modernization easier.
