Bewel implements successful communication model with the help of Cegeka’s change pathway

The customer, Bewel, a major non-profit employment organization in Limburg, faced significant challenges with internal communication and collaboration. Their IT infrastructure suffered from patchy shop floor coverage, limited information sharing, and a disconnect between the IT department and the core business. To address this, they partnered with vendor Cegeka to facilitate a change management pathway and implement new solutions.

Cegeka implemented a Microsoft SharePoint system for information sharing and Microsoft Teams for collaboration and integrated telephony. This allowed for improved two-way communication and document accessibility from anywhere. Crucially, Cegeka managed the entire change pathway by working with a group of employee "champions" who ensured company-wide adoption. The project was completed on schedule and within budget, successfully transforming how Bewel's employees communicate and collaborate.
