Openflick is an event management marketplace in Kuwait that helps customers rent everything needed for celebrations and gatherings, from backdrops and chairs to projector screens and snack stations. As the platform grew, it faced challenges around vendor verification, vendor management, order tracking, and giving vendors the tools they needed to run their businesses smoothly. CedCommerce was brought in to support Openflick with marketplace solutions, including a marketplace platinum package and vendor registration/attribute add-ons.

CedCommerce implemented vendor shops, dashboards, order and product management tools, and customized features for both vendors and buyers, including booking date, time, and location selection to confirm product availability. These solutions improved marketplace safety, simplified operations, and helped Openflick scale successfully. The marketplace reported 60% growth, around 2,000 buyers using the platform, and even saw one vendor receive 863 orders in a day, showing the strong impact of CedCommerce’s work.
