This solution provided an interactive map for homebuyers to explore real-time inventory and streamlined the builder submission and approval process. The results were significant: approval times were reduced from over three weeks to just three days, with the approval rate improving from 70% to 95%. This led to higher quality leads, less frustration for builders, and provided Tavistock with high-quality, real-time data for planning.
